Always a great experience (if one can say that about a dentist-Haha!). Julie has been there forever (almost, though she’s much younger than me😎) and always so positive and happy. Kari is the new assistant that cleaned my teeth. She was super to work with and though she’s not from Paola, we had many friends in common. The good Dr Andrew just add to the great experience!

Everyone were so professional, kind and helpful. Dr. Herwig told me everything he was going to do and always asked if I was okay. He made me feel very comfortable. Julie, his assistant was just as amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Herwig and staff to everyone.

This is a great place to go to!!!! The staff are super friendly. Work you in if they can at a moments notice for Emergencies and if not full schedule the same day for small fixes. Andrew is a great Dentist and oh and he gives really good shots(if you need them) never had a Dentist that has done this that your shot site doesn't hurt after numbing wears off. Julie and Susan are top notch too!!! I have referred at least a dozen people to them. Go see them for your dental needs, I promise you will not be disappointed!!!!

I appreciate the individual atmosphere at this office. I don't feel like just another number. The friendly staff greet me and remember details of past conversations. It truly feels like a "hometown" office!

Throughly impressed with the staff in the Paola office. They put me at ease immediately for my first visit. Finding a new dentist can be difficult and they made it easy. I was so relieved when I left there, I knew I had found a keeper!!!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk is very knowledgeable and told us how much the insurance would pay and what our cost would be. We always leave there laughing and can't wait to come back. OH and Dr. Herwig does a great job too. 😃 …

I have been to the OP office once and the Paola office 3-4 times and have had a great experience each time! The office staff is the BEST!

Can't say enough good things about this office. Dr Herwig is great and has made me less anxious when I visit the office. The girls are all great too. No one enjoys a dental visit, but this is the practice to go to especially if you have any anxiety about it.
